issues into simple, manageable chunks.
Our Facilitation Policies
We insist on receiving written notifications on each program you want us to partner with you
Every notification shall include program objectives, date, time, structure, and other relevant details
We insist on receiving the notification at least two days before the scheduled date. You may choose to cancel the program at any point in time but such cancellation shall be made at least 12 hours to the scheduled time
In the event of late cancellation, administrative charges shall apply
Our facilitation fee ranges between 30% - 40% of the course fee multiplied by number of participants
We shall normally confirm reservation for facilitation in writing. Help us to serve you better by insisting on written confirmation
Transportation arrangements or payment in-lieu shall be the responsibility of the program coordinators. Payment or arrangement shall be made in advance
Facilitation fee shall be paid in advance or immediately upon completion of delivery. Payment in arrears shall not be allowed in any circumstances.
